Ed, I am delighted to feature your amazing Guides and to broadcast our members about them. They will go a long way toward assisting the public in creating peaceful divorces for themselves, and are a great tool for divorce professionals to use as well! Excellent work!

PS - The book Belinda mentions is the basis for the Free Guides. They are tailoed to location and type of case, and step-by-step will put people in any divorce situation on a path that will reduce conflict, find practical solutions and lead to mediation or collaborative law. Take a look, please, and if you think they might be useful in your own setting, feel free to use my graphics or your own to link to the Free Guides from your own site. They are at www.nolodivorce.com. Keep up the good work, Ed.

There is no more experienced guru on divorce than my friend Ed! This book is the last book that needs to be written about getting divorced. I have read it and decided I am NOT going to write a book about this topic since it has already been done perfectly by Ed!

Hey Ed -

Just click on any of the forum topics and a comment box will come up on for you to type in. This type of site is the latest rage - a social networking site for like-minded people to come together and also can be a very powerful marketing tool. By the way, we can communicate by clicking on "Send a message" right under your picture, which goes to your email. Check it out, it's very cool!

21st Century Parenting Plans

I remember when the default custody arrangement had one parent as the custodial parent, and the other parent was known as the “Disneyland parent.” They had their children every other weekend, and maybe once during the week for dinner. Today it is more common to see joint parenting time consist of one week on, and one week off or “two-two-five-five” time,…See More

Including a Financial Professional in Your Mediation

Very often, couples who are divorcing amicably, or who have straightforward financial situations, will forgo meeting with a financial professional while they go through mediation. Though this may seem logical on its face, “going it alone” may result in unnecessary hardship and inaccurate calculations.  It is easy to simply look at a tax table today and say “I am going…See More
