About Me:
I am a Life and Abundance coach, an internationally recognized speaker, author, trainer, and the founder of Activate Abundance, and the Infinite Women program.

Since the mind, body and spirit are all interconnected, I believe that all three need to be aligned at the same time. I teach how the Laws Of The Universe co-create with the subsconcsious mind and my passion and goal in life is to touch people's lifes and guide them and show them how they can reach new heights of freedom and empowerment.

Everyone deserves a life of abundance and joy, and it is only our limiting beliefs that are keeping us stuck. Once we examine, and replace, our limiting beliefs with ones that empower us, the Law of Attraction will bring absolutely everything we want.

Our lives become magical simply by changing our beliefs!

I spent several years in private study with my mentor who taught me the laws of the Universe. I have extensively studied the mind and the subconscious mind and the roles that it plays in our journey to abundance.

The Universe loves to surprise and delight me with opportunities to expand, grown, and become all that I can be. My journey is one that gives me the opportunity to teach others how to become the master of their lives and create a life filled with love, joy, and abundance.

I host a local Law of Attraction group, and I host a RichDad approved Cashflow 101 group, where I have met some wonderful lifelong friends.

When I am not teaching, I love the water and the mountains, and spending time with friends and family.

The Grey Divorce

Perhaps you’ve heard about the phenomenon known as the “grey divorce” and are wondering what it’s all about. An important study conducted by the Department of Sociology and the National Center for Family and Marriage Research at Bowling Green State University entitled “The Grey Divorce Revolution” addressed this issue. I was attending the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts’…See More

Elder Care Mediation

I recently attended a conference for The Academy of Professional Family Mediators in Memphis, Tennessee. One of the workshops I participated in was on elder care mediation, which gave some fascinating insights. A 2001 study, done by Debra B. Gentry, showed nearly 40% of adult children providing care for their parents reported serious conflict with siblings, usually related to a lack of sufficient help from those siblings. This study…See More

Parallel Parenting: Making the Best of a Bad Situation

I very much appreciate working on divorce cases with a team, as it has so much value for clients. Mental health professionals can bring much-needed clarity to very difficult situations. The Difference Between Litigation and Mediation: It's Personal

People have a range of preconceptions about divorce, the law, and the courts. In reality, going before a judge to air your grievances about your soon-to-be ex-spouse is rarely as satisfying as movies and television shows may have you believe. Mediation offers a private, cost-efficient alternative to litigation—but before you choose either venue, there are some guiding principles to keep in mind:Don't expect…See More
