I am the lead coach & founder of Solo Mama, a personal coaching company dedicated to helping Divorced Moms get through the trauma of divorce, and learn to thrive again. As an established Divorce Recovery Coach, and Divorced mom of two teenagers myself, I understand the many unique challenges mothers face when starting over. Solo Mama has successfully coached hundreds of Divorced Moms worldwide to turn their divorce drama into a fabulous 'second-act' in which they can really shine.
I am a speaker, professional coach, published author, retreat & workshop facilitator, and a graduate of Coach U - the world's foremost coach training program.
